What You Will Need

  • 1 or 2 (if you have ) yoga mats,
  • 2 blocks
  • 2 blankets or more (if you have)
  • 1 strap (if you have) or long scarf
  • 1 bolster (or 2 if you have) or 2 thick pillows instead
